I Ate Some

Once the end-event was cancelled, the no sugar plan was one big question mark. As I was working on a plan, which I imagined would involve at least (and hopefully at most) one "dose", my sister said: "Oh, I'm just going to leave this at your house..."

"This" was a jar of organic chocolate hazelnut spread. That's right. I said, "Oh, I will eat it." And that was that.

Over three days, I ate that whole jar. 400 grams.

One would think that after 70+ days without, I'd be satisfied with a spoonful. Or sickened by more. Neither. I ate joyously and easily. I put it away when I felt like it, but it sure as heck wasn't after one spoonful. No sir.

In the meantime, I completed an extensive, on-line, naturopathic evaluation. It said, "MAGNESIUM MAGNESIUM MAGNESIUM!" Okay okay! I am getting some as soon as I finish this post. Apparently, magnesium is indicated for everything significant I reported, from bruxism to miscarriages to anxiety to short-temperedness to chronically achey legs to eternal lactation to, yes, chocolate cravings.

Off I go.
